Do I need a referral to see a physiotherapist?
No, you don’t need a referral to book an appointment. However, if you’re claiming through WorkCover, DVA, or Medicare EPC, a referral may be required.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring any medical reports, X-rays, or scans related to your condition. Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement.
What is EMDR therapy?
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a specialised therapy that helps people recover from trauma, anxiety, and distressing life experiences. It is an evidence-based and highly effective treatment method.
What should I expect in my first session?
